Tesla Model 3 im März meistverkauftes Auto in der Schweiz und Niederlanden

Das Tesla Model 3 war im März mit 2224 Neuzulassungen das mit Abstand erfolgreichste Elektroauto in Deutschland. Auch in der Schweiz kommt der Mittelklasse-Stromer gut an – sogar besser als alle derzeit verfügbaren Verbrenner.

Im vergangenen Monat führte erstmals ein Elektroauto die Liste der neu zugelassenen Autos in der Schweiz an. Das gab es vorher noch nie, bestätigte Christoph Wolnik von der Vereinigung der Automobil-Importeure der Handelszeitung. Mit 1039 neu zugelassenen Einheiten hat das Model 3 den Schweizer Dauer-Bestseller Skoda Octavia (801 Fahrzeuge) als das meistverkaufte Auto verdrängt. Der VW Golf landete auf dem dritten Platz (546).

Auch in den Niederlanden war Teslas Mittelklasse-Stromer im März das meistverkaufte Auto: Dort wurden 2195 Exemplare zugelassen. An zweiter Stelle stand mit 1187 Stück der Ford Focus, gefolgt vom Kia Picanto (965).

Dass das Model 3 in Europa zuletzt Verbrenner überholte, liegt wesentlich an Teslas vor wenigen Wochen gestarteter Europa-Offensive. Die neue Baureihe für den Massenmarkt wird hierzulande seit Februar ausgeliefert. In den knapp drei Jahren seit dem Bestellstart gingen zahlreiche Aufträge europäischer Käufer bei Tesla ein, die nun möglichst schnell abgearbeitet werden.
